My Rebate Program puts up to 1.5% of the sales price back into your pocket when you use us as your exclusive buyer's agent. As you know, when purchasing a home our services are always free.

A vast majority of buyers are doing their own house searching online these days. The MLS system is widely available on literally thousands of Internet sites. So, if you as a buyer are doing all the searching, why not get paid for it? As a VIP Realty Platinum client you'll receive a Real Estate Cash Rebate when buying in Dallas/Fort Worth or anywhere in Texas.

Because you are actively involved in the house searching, you save us time and money and we can pass the savings to you. Whether the property is a home listed in MLS or a new home from a top builder, the seller typically offers to pay a brokerage commission to your buyer's agent. Depending on purchase price and how many homes we show you, we will accept a reduced fee, and we will refund or rebate the difference to you when you close on your home purchase. You can conduct your initial home search from our website, and we will provide full service through settlement. Q: So what's the catch?

A: There is no catch, there are no fees for our service.

Q: Is there a limit to how much you will rebate a buyer?

A: Absolutely not! If a house sells for $5,000,000 the buyer will get a $75,000 cash rebate (with VIP Realty receiving 3%)

Q: Who pays you?

A: The seller pays us for finding a buyer for the property. Our payment is in the form of a commission based on the final sale price of the property. The commission is usually split equally between the Listing Agent and the Selling Agent. We in turn give a portion of our commission back to the buyer.

Q: How are you able to give me such a large cash rebate?

A: Simply put, we know you'd rather have a real estate rebate over a houseplant.

Q: Will you still negotiate the price down?

A: Absolutely, we will negotiate the best possible price and terms on your behalf.

Q: Why don't most companies offer buyer rebates?

A: A large majority of agents only have a few transactions a year, so giving a rebate is completely of of the question.
